These are apartments or villas fully available to guests. They have a kitchen and private bathroom.

The property manager, whether it is a vacation home or a room, will be in contact with you from the day before arrival to provide all necessary information on the use of the property and assistance.

The accommodation chosen for your stay is the basis for exploring the city, while making a reservation please check on our website that your accommodation corresponds to your needs.
Some facilities are, often, assumed, such as: on-site parking, the presence of food and beverages in the accommodation (which is prohibited by Friuli Venezia Giulia regulations), or the presence of a 24-hour front desk. These services are not provided as they are offered by the hotel facilities. Any requests, such as supply or change of linen, should be made in time so that delivery service can be organized.

Which are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests can check-in at our facilities from 3:00 p.m. on arrival day. Early check-in is available upon request and depending on availability.
Check-out time is before 10:00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out is available upon request and for an extra cost, depending on availability.
Where can I find the keys to get into the facility?
You will be contacted from our Staff via whatsapp or email and the procedure for accessing the facility will be explained to you.
What are the cancellation conditions of the non-refundable rate?
The non-refundable rate is a non-refundable discounted rate. If you are unsure about traveling, use the refundable rate.
