How can I reserve a locker?
In the luggage storage you can reserve your locker in a few minutes, with a choice of three different sizes.
The luggage storage has no staff on site; to use the service, you must follow the steps shown on the touchscreen on the column and follow the guided procedures.
Which are the luggage storage opening hours?
The luggage storage is open every day from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
You must collect your personal belongings before closing time, otherwise you will have to wait until the following day and pay the difference.
What cannot be deposited in the locker?
It is strictly forbidden to deposit luggage containing explosive or flammable material, as well as weapons, live or dead animals, or perishable items in the luggage storage. It is also forbidden to store luggage containing valuables and/or money.
How can I pay?
You can only pay with credit cards inside the luggage storage.
Is the luggage storage guarded?
Yes, the luggage storage is video monitored 24 hours a day.

What happens if my luggage gets stuck in the locker?
If your luggage gets stuck in one of our lockers, we will send it to you as soon as possible.
What happens if I don't pick up my luggage?
The deposit period may not exceed 120 (one hundred and twenty) days. Once the 120 days have elapsed from the scheduled collection date, uncollected baggage shall be deemed abandoned and the depositor shall forfeit any right to compensation or reimbursement. Our office may proceed with the sale and/or destruction of the baggage and its contents.
