HOUSE RULES
- Check-in from 3 p.m.
- Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
- Rubbish must be taken away at the end of your stay (see on the following pages how to dispose of rubbish).
- Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly forbidden.
- Violators will be charged a penalty of €150.
- The value of any items that are damaged, broken or lost in any way will be charged to your booking account.
- It is good manners to wash and put away used dishes and crockery and not to leave them in the sink.
- Silence must be respected from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Bicycles should not be left at the entrance to the building.
- Ask your contact person what to do.
- Unfortunately it is not possible to accommodate animals on the premises.
- Please do not move furniture, any damage to furniture and/or floors will be charged.
- If you have any questions: contact the person responsible for your reservation.
WASTE DISPOSAL
We kindly ask you to keep the accommodation clean by disposing of your rubbish in the designated bins and helping our cleaning staff. We will be happy to point you to the nearest areas. Which are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests can check-in at our facilities from 3:00 p.m. on arrival day. Early check-in is available upon request and depending on availability.
Check-out time is before 10:00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out is available upon request and for an extra cost, depending on availability.
What are the cancellation conditions of the non-refundable rate?
The non-refundable rate is a non-refundable discounted rate. If you are unsure about traveling, use the refundable rate.
What are the benefits of Fvg card?

Will I find food in the facility?
No, the regional law forbids perishable food to be left inside vacation homes.
Will I find bed linen and towels in the facility?
Yes, you will find hotel-quality bed and bath linens in all our facilities.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets are not allowed in all of our facilities.
What happens if I cause damage to the accommodation?
Guests will be contacted directly by our Staff to handle the process of compensation. When guests have booked on Booking.com or Aribnb we request through the portals the compensation for damages found in the facility.
Where can I find the keys to get into the facility?
You will be contacted from our Staff via whatsapp or email and the procedure for accessing the facility will be explained to you.
